Retail floor planning

Design floor layouts that maximize flow and sales.

What it is

Macro space is the scarcest asset in a store, and reallocating it is disruptive enough that layouts tend to persist by precedent. Linkube ties floor plans to category performance per square meter, shopper flow and adjacency rules, then shows the margin effect of moving or resizing a department before anyone touches a fixture. Each layout stays consistent with the planograms it must contain.

What you get

  • Departments sized by sales per square meter
  • Adjacency and flow rules enforced in every layout
  • Layout changes tested before fixtures move
  • Floor plans stay aligned with active planograms

How it works

  1. 01

Map macro space from category performance, seasonality and store formats

  2. 02

Place departments for adjacencies, flow and space productivity

  3. 03

Roll out layouts to stores and measure sales per meter
